• —The PayPal transaction ID you provide to confirm payment.

• —Basic technical information (such as your browser's timezone) needed to show you accurate appointment times.

Information you provide is used only to schedule and confirm your coaching sessions, respond to your questions, and — if you requested the Clarity Guide — to send occasional, relevant updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell your information to third parties.

How we store it

Booking and contact details are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to Lalitha. We keep this information for as long as reasonably needed to provide coaching services and meet our own record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at Mindsetechosupport@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about booking a session. Here is our general approach to cancellations and refunds:

• —Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable or can be moved to a new time at no charge.
• —Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies — reach out and we will work with you.
• —All session payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us and we will find a new time that works for you.
• —No-shows without any notice are treated as a completed session and are not refunded.
